Herocrates

Herocrates is an Upcoming Eidos in Honkai: Nexus Anima.

A Vice President of the Iia Nexus Association, and an Animology scholar from the royal capital of Donia. He leads both the Scientific Research Department and Public Welfare Department.
Cultured and elegant, he is well-learned, extremely knowledgeable, and passionate about rescuing Anima. Such is his renown that people respectfully address him as "Professor."

His Anima is Camcorgi.

Converted Stats include: deals DMG, mark the targeted opponent with CrisisCrisisFor 4s, DMG received from Memory Anima increases by 35%, and DMG received from non-Memory Anima increases by 10%..
	Herocratic Oath	Eidos Skill
Select an allied Anima and generate 30 Energy for them. After it next uses an Active Skill, EchoEchoRecast the Active Skill once, with no Energy Cost, with converted stats. Each Active Skill cast can trigger Echo once at most, and Echo itself does not count as an Active Skill. Converted Stats include: occurs once. The Echo intensity is 40%+40%, and it enters Follow-Up VisitFollow-Up VisitWhile in the Follow-Up Visit state, if an instance of DMG does not Critically Hit, perform one additional Critical Hit check. for 6s.
	Camcorgi Enhancement	Companion Skill
Camcorgi's CRIT Rate increases by 15%. When the Eidos and their Anima Companion are deployed together, the Anima Companion gains an exclusive special effect.
