After Black Cloak uses its Active Skill, it summons Count Wax and turns into White Wax. After Count Wax has been defeated, White Wax turns back into Black Cloak.. White Wax heals Count Wax for 30+240% Health. Count Wax blinks to the location where enemy units are densest, and continuously releases swarms of bats for 3s, dealing 60% Physical DMG every 0.25s to opponents within 1 hex.
