===Novarch===

Victus, also known as Heou, was born a half-blood of gold and bronze dragons. He unified the tribes of dragons—renowned for their chaotic ways—and forged an empire under a monarch's rule, becoming the Sovereign of Order and Chaos. The Sovereign Heou was supremely arrogant, proclaiming himself Emperor of Heaven, never once bowing to a worthy foe. Only after seven duels with the World-Ender did he admit that even emperors are not invincible. It was then that he took the title "Victus." After the Sundering, Victus abandoned the Aspect of Chaos and rose as the Novarch of Order.
