Victus, also known as Heou, is an NPC in Honkai: Nexus Anima.

Once the 1st Sovereign, master of Order and Chaos, and who is now the Novarch of Order. Prior to the Sundering, he defeated the World-Ender seven times, destroying them twice.

Presides over the Court of Dragons, managing the laws of the eighty-one planes to safeguard against the ravages of chaos.

Profile

Victus, also known as Heou, was born a half-blood of gold and bronze dragons. He unified the tribes of dragons—renowned for their chaotic ways—and forged an empire under a monarch's rule, becoming the Sovereign of Order and Chaos.

The Sovereign Heou was supremely arrogant, proclaiming himself Emperor of Heaven, never once bowing to a worthy foe. Only after seven duels with the World-Ender did he admit that even emperors are not invincible. It was then that he took the title "Victus."

After the Sundering, Victus abandoned the Aspect of Chaos and rose as the Novarch of Order.

Past and Present Lives

• Victus, the first Sovereign of "Order and Chaos," now rules as the Novarch of "Order." Even without most of my memories, I can tell he's a remarkable person. Why would my past be connected to someone like him?

• Victus means "living" in Latin, which derives from the Latin root vivo, which means "to live."
