			The Sovereign Heou was supremely arrogant, proclaiming himself Emperor of Heaven, never once bowing to a worthy foe. Only after seven duels with the World-Ender did he admit that even emperors are not invincible. It was then that he took the title "Victus."

			After the Sundering, Victus abandoned the Aspect of Chaos and rose as the Novarch of Order.
