Active: Umpurrella releases a Meow Cloud over the head of the target, and for the next 6s, continually strikes 2 random opponents within 2 hexes with 5 Thunderbolts and 3 Megabolts. Umpurrella is immune to Control Effects for the duration. Thunderbolts and Megabolts each deal 100% and 180% Magic DMG respectively. When the Meow Cloud disappears, it will heal the 3 nearest allied units for 10% of the total DMG done by the Meow Cloud.
