Active: Umpurrella releases a Meow Cloud over the head of the target, and for the next 6s, continually strikes 2 random opponents within 2 hexes with 5 Thunderbolts and 3 Megabolts. Umpurrella is immune to Control Effects for the duration. Thunderbolts and Megabolts each deal Transcription missing and Transcription missing Magic DMG respectively. When the Meow Cloud disappears, it will heal the 3 nearest allied units for 10% of the total DMG done by the Meow Cloud.
