Usage

This template is used primarily on pages in the Main namespace. It can be found on 544 pages, or on about 73.22% of those pages.

Edits to this template will be widely noticed. To avoid large-scale disruption and unnecessary server load, any changes to this template should be tested in its sandbox or testcases subpages, or in your own user space. The tested changes can then be added to this page in one single edit by an administrator or a content moderator.

This template uses Module:Other Languages, a script written in Lua.

This template is used to display the official translations of a certain term for other languages.

Note: that this template does NOT support romanization or translation for languages.

  • The parameter en is optional and defaults to the page name.

Multiple Tables

To render multiple tables the different tables' language parameters must be prefixed with the table's index plus an underscore (index_).

• E.g., ja becomes 1_ja if it is the first table's Japanese name, 2_ja if it is the second table's, and so on.
