• featuring — To be used only on videos distinctly about a character. A colon-separated list of page names for things featured in a video, which will appear as a sentence underneath the video thumbnail in {{Videos by Category Table}}. If character pages are added here, this does not replace their mention in characters, which should list them all the same.
  • If manual phrasing and linking is preferred, for cases where everything might not have a page, append _ManualPhrasing: in front of the content.
  • Usage of this param is not generalized as the focus of many media types can be unclear. Additions to the list must first be discussed with other editors.
• characters — An exhaustive colon-separated list of characters seen or heard in the file.
• soundtracks — A colon-separated list of soundtracks featured in a video, in order of appearance. Displays the list as links and adds categories accordingly, to be detected and/or displayed by {{Videos by Category Table}}, {{Files by Category Gallery}} and {{Soundtrack Usage}}. Special keywords are to be used for unreleased soundtracks:
  • _unreleased if the soundtrack is unreleased and its name is unknown.
  • _variant if the soundtrack is an unreleased arrangement of a released soundtrack, such as a concert version, a remix or a variant with additional instruments. The related soundtrack's name is to be specified after a space after using this keyword, for example _variant Her Legacy.
• sources — The first source will be displayed in pages using {{Phantom File Gallery}}, while any subsequent sources after that will only be visible on the file's page.
  • The sources are formatted using numbered sourcelink and sourcelabel parameters.
  • The labels should be formatted as such: Official Honkai: Nexus Anima Twitter, Official HoYoLAB Post, Official Honkai: Nexus Anima Japanese Twitter, etc.
• date — The date refers to the date of publication or release. It is used to sort the file within Category:Files by Date as well as assign a relevant year's category.
  • Adding a source without adding a date will place the file in Category:Files Missing Date.
  • version may be used instead of date if the date is the start of a version. Uses {{Version to Date}}.
• artist — This should link to the artist's social media.
  • {{File|lang = language code}} can be used to specify the language of the text.
  • Adding the name of the artist without adding an artistlink will place the file in Category:Files Missing Artist Link so that it can be researched later.
• caption — This text will replace the default caption (which is based on the file name) which would appear in pages using {{Phantom File Gallery}}. The template {{No Selflink}} can be used to create elegant captions that look good in multiple galleries across the site.
• description — The description of the file will not be placed within the table. This should reflect the official description from when the file was posted on Honkai: Nexus Anima media and can be displayed on pages with {{Artwork by Category Table}}. {{Lang|vertical = 1}} can be used to add descriptions from other languages. For YouTube videos, should contain only the actual description and featured VAs and characters lists, but should omit the list of Honkai: Nexus Anima social media appended on every video upload.
• alt — See WebAIM for a guide to writing alt text.
• annotations — Transcludes the page with the identical name (without .png extension) from the Map namespace under a Translated Annotations section when set to 1.
