Honkai: Nexus Anima (Chinese: 崩坏：因缘精灵 Bēnghuài: Yīnyuán Jīnglíng) is an upcoming creature-collector adventure strategy game developed and published by miHoYo Co., Ltd. Outside of the Chinese Mainland, the publisher is miHoYo's subsidiary, Cognosphere Pte., Ltd. d/b/a HoYoverse.

It is the fifth installment in the Honkai series, following Honkai: Star Rail, and uses both new characters and alternate versions of existing characters from its predecessors.

Plot

After an event called the Sundering, the Nexus was broken and stable connections between things were lost. Using creatures called Anima, Animasters pit them against one another in Nexus Battles, which are the recognized method to resolve disputes across Planes.
