Fyrklor is an upcoming Anima in Honkai: Nexus Anima.

Passive: After every 3 Basic Attacks used, unleashes Dancing Flame once. This effect is considered a Basic Attack. Eidos Link: Gains a Shield equal to 10% at the start of battle, triggering again when Health reaches 50% for the first time.
