Passive: Cumulon uses Charge (max 7 points) instead of Energy, and generates Charge through a special Basic Attack. Cumulon's Attack SPD cannot be increased or decreased. When receiving Attack SPD altering effects, 65% of the percentage change will be converted into a percentage change in ATK. Special Basic Attack Commands a sword to weave through the battlefield, dealing 100% Physical DMG to the enemy target and generating 1 Charge.
