Catnapir is an upcoming Anima in Honkai: Nexus Anima.

Active: Releases a nightmare ripple outward in a 2-hex radius. If Catnapir is within the attack range of opponents hit by the ripple, those opponents will retarget Catnapir. Afterward, Catnapir grants itself 140%(+) Shield for 6s. Gains 25%(+) bonus Shield Strength for each opponent targeting it. Passive: Every 4s, generate Hate equivalent to the number of opponents targeting Catnapir.

Story

Because Catnapir always buries itself under the covers, people mistake it for a slothful creature. In truth, it is almost ruthlessly self-disciplined. Each night, it meticulously plans the next day's schedule down to the second, controlling its time with obsessive precision. Yet Catnapir rarely wakes as planned. Instead, it falls into deep guilt and nihility, ashamed, hiding again beneath the blankets, abandoning all motivation for the day. Anima are no different from humans—sometimes the morning alarm simply doesn't ring. Or perhaps... it was never heard at all.
