After 3s, the time capsule explodes, granting the target 200% Shield for 4s and dealing 170% Magic DMG to opponents within 1 hex. Time Capsules When the target already has a time capsule, the new time capsule will cause the old time capsule to instantly apply its remaining healing over time and explode.

Story
C'locked has a poor sense of time, even though it lives bound to a
clock. It is always late, forever slipping into nameless memories and grieving what can never return. Of course, C'locked knows it could simply buy a new watch. But it clings to its own pride: as a Nexus Anima bearing a clock on its back, it will only love the one it carries—even if it can never see its own dial. What C'locked doesn't know is that the clock it bears is broken, its hands frozen forever.
