Bashirdo was the 7th Sovereign of Change and Stasis. He blessed World-Ender with the Aspect of Change before disappearing.[1]
After the Sundering, the Aspects of Change and Stasis were inherited by the Novarchs Amorphiron and Roslin Greenleaf, respectively.
